We are looking for a passionate and strategic Assistant Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and strengthen revenue growth in Penang . In this role, you'll nurture key accounts, implement effective sales strategies, and represent our brand with pride and professionalism.
Job Responsibilities :
Drive business growth through effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
Manage B2B channels (mass merchandising, local chains, and independent retailers).
Analyze sales trends, create forecasts, and identify growth opportunities.
Submit weekly and monthly reports to the General Manager.
Conduct market research to identify marketing and partnership opportunities.
Job Requirements :
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or any related field.
3-5 years of sales or account management experience ( preferably in the CE industry ).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; multilingual candidates preferred.
Strategic, analytical, and organizational mindset.
Possess own transport and willingness to travel extensively.
