Role Description
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and live chat.
- Assist with order placement, delivery tracking, complaints, and general support.
- Manage and resolve customer feedback efficiently and professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams (kitchen, delivery, management) to resolve issues
quickly.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.Provide product and promotional information when needed.Uphold US Pizza's service standards and customer satisfaction goals.Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Skills for effective communication with customersSkills in Customer Support and Service to handle and resolve client inquiriesExperience in Customer Service Management to oversee and improve service protocolsA commitment to ensuring Customer SatisfactionExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of the F&B industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
