RTR Manager (Migrations)

Overview

RTR Manager will lead the Record-to-Report (R2R) function within a Shared Service Centre, overseeing core accounting functions to ensure accurate financial reporting. This role is critical to upholding the financial integrity of operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The RTR Manager will provide strategic leadership across GL, Intercompany, and Fixed Assets to drive process operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Manage month-end and year-end close activities, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and necessary adjustments.
• Ensure adherence to local and international accounting standards, as well as regulatory compliance requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize accounting processes and drive operational efficiency.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and insights for senior management and key stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team to foster a high-performance culture.
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and responding to inquiries promptly.
