To handle administration work related to all clinic matters.
To manage patient's records & scheduling appointments.
To monitor & manage inventory for the Eye Clinic.
To deliver excellent customer services to patients.
To assist in handling documentations and servicing of equipment.
To provide assistance to SEGi EyeCare Chief Optometrist.
Requirements :
Diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is an added advantage.
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a medical or optical setting.
Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organisational abilities and attention to details.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Empathetic and courteous attitude towards patients and team members.
Knowledge of basic optical terminology and products are desirable.
