Boutique Manager (luxury watches)

Randstad is currently seeking an experienced and service-driven Boutique Manager (luxury timepiece) to lead one of the brand’s high-profile boutiques.

You will need to :

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the boutique to ensure exceptional service standards and optimal team performance.
• Cultivate meaningful, long-term relationships with high-value clientele, collectors, and watch connoisseurs.
• Drive boutique performance by meeting sales targets and implementing effective sales and service strategies.
• Ensure operational excellence including stock management, after-sales processes, reporting, and compliance.
