Talent Acquisition Specialist (Mass Hiring)

Job Description :

• Manage and deepen relationships with a core portfolio of at least 30 Middle Market / SME clients.
• Actively drive primary sales through the acquisition of new customers and by providing additional financing to existing clients.
• Conduct account planning with product specialists to identify customer needs and offer suitable financial solutions.
• Monitor overall customer experience, proactively resolving any service gaps or turnaround time (TAT) issues.
• Ensure clients meet credit requirements and maintain Non-Performing Loans (NPL) within approved thresholds.
• Prepare and review qualitative credit assessments for all credit applications.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers in drafting and evaluating credit proposals.
• Vet, sign, and deliver Letters of Offer, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
