Sales Support Specialist

Responsibilities

Provide sales support to the Agency / Franchise marketing team, including handling cover notes and policy documentation with accuracy and timeliness.

Perform cover note control and E-Cover note issuance conversion & JPJ link; monitor CBC, weekly unconverted policies (UNA), cancellation refunds, and monthly credit card charges.

Assist with renewal, addition, and deletion on Fleet and Trade plate policies; ensure all policy documentation is complete and compliant with company and regulatory standards.

Support marketers with non-motor new / renewal quotations and follow up with internal teams.

Serve as a point of contact for intermediaries / franchise dealers and customers regarding policy-related queries via call or email; address feedback and escalate complex issues as needed.

Prepare, sort, bind, and file policies, endorsements, and other correspondence; perform quality checks of documentation and arrange dispatch to Chubb HQ, intermediaries, and customers as necessary.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

Assist in training new hires on backend operations processes and systems; maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and industry trends to best serve customers.

Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum SPM or its equivalent.

Relevant computer skills.

Good communication skills.

Experience related to the general insurance industry.
