Job Title : Finance Manager

Location : Malaysia – One City USJ 25 Selangor

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager to join our young and dynamic finance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Group CFO, Group Financial Controller, and Malaysia Country Manager in managing the financial operations of the company across all subsidiaries. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Group's accounting operations, including consolidation, financial reporting, and internal controls. You will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the Group's financial information.

Key Responsibilities :

Accounting Operations and Financial Reporting :

• Manage the finance teams accounting operations to prepare and close the monthly accounts in accordance to company policy and applicable standards.
• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the Group and its subsidiaries.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, MFRS) and local regulations.
• Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, general ledger.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions.
• Prepare and submit statutory filings to regulatory authorities.
• Assist in the coordination of external audits.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Manage and mentor a team of young accounting professionals.
