Job Description

  • Lead and manage the customer care team to maintain high levels of service quality and responsiveness.
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure effective communication with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve processes.
  • Oversee the resolution of escalated customer issues, ensuring prompt and satisfactory outcomes.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to the customer care team to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with regional stakeholders to align customer service practices across different locations.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all customer interactions.

    • The Successful Applicant

    A successful Regional Service Manager should have :

  • A degree in Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a customer care or service management role.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
