We are looking for Manaager or equivalent talent who major in recruitment for pharmacy retailing to handle the employee affairs as the HRBP for West Malaysia. This role will be supervising 3 junior HRBPs.
Recruitment & Employer Branding
- Communicates and work closely with internal and external stakeholder by initiating the recruitment strategies for hiring requirement and manpower planning for Pharmacist, PRP, FRP, Dietitian / Nutritionist and retailing assistants.
- Identifies and grow the effective recruitment channel and platforms which are able to attract the right talents and skillset.
- In charge of full recruitment process for the specific region / area within the requirement with the objective of right person at the right place.
- Develops and collaborate with universities and colleges by participating career fair, career talk or event.
- Manages social networking by constantly updating the internal programs, activities and vacancies for talent pipeline and employer branding.
Business Partnering
Handle employee issues like counselling, grievance handling, investigation and domestic inquiry for the specific region / area.Work with C&B for attractive hiring packages and perks.Prepare reporting and involve in HRIS recruitment modules.HR Administration & System
Supervises team to upkeeps and maintains accuracy for new joiner's data entry in the system, handle employee personnel files documentations.Be the PIC for system for respective region, supported by HRIS officer.Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.Minimal of 5 years of relevant working experience in similar capacity, with experience in recruiting and HR business partnering to support the business growth, and business acquisition projects.Employees service centric, good consultancy skills with demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels in the organization.Exposure in payroll processing and other hr function would add advantages in explaining staff queries.Strong and effective verbal and written communication skill.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Preferable multi-lingual in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking talent including assessment.
