The Sales / Key Account Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and managing key accounts for the company's marketing and advertising solutions. This role will focus on consultative selling, building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client marketing needs across print, digital and out-of-home (OOH) media, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Identify, engage and secure new business opportunities for SBS’s advertising & marketing solutions (print, digital media, OOH, event media, direct distribution, etc).Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring retention, upsell and cross-sell of additional services.
- Serve as the main client contact for assigned accounts : conduct regular meetings, understand client marketing and advertising objectives, propose appropriate solutions.
- Develop customised proposals, presentations and pricing for clients aligned to their business goals and SBS’s service capabilities.
- Work closely with internal teams (print production, digital media, OOH operations, event activation, creative, distribution) to ensure timely and high-quality campaign delivery.
- Track campaign performance, measure outcomes versus objectives, and provide insights and reporting back to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecast sales, manage contract negotiations and closures, and track after-sales service and campaign follow-up.
- Stay abreast of industry trends (print media, digital advertising, OOH / digital billboards, distribution channels) and competitor offerings, to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop case studies, client testimonials and promotional material to support sales efforts.
- Meet or exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets and key account growth metrics.
