    Position : Marketing & Sales Executive

    Salary : RM3,100 – RM5,800

    Working Hours : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

    Working Days : Tuesday – Sunday (Monday Rest Day)

    Location : No. 17, Jalan 4 / 1A, Seksyen 4, 43650 Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor

    Job Description

    We’re looking for a proactive and creative Marketing & Sales Executive to join our client’s dynamic F&B team in Bandar Baru Bangi. In this role, you will lead marketing campaigns, strengthen brand presence, and drive sales growth through both online and offline channels.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Develop monthly and annual marketing and sales strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
  • Plan and execute restaurant promotional campaigns such as seasonal promos, buffets, family packages, and lucky draws.
  • Prepare marketing materials (posters, banners, flyers, digital ads) and manage the restaurant’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create compelling copywriting and creative content (photos, videos, reels), manage paid advertisements (FB Ads, IG Ads, Google Ads), and host live sessions on social media.
  • Ensure brand consistency and manage customer engagement through CRM, WhatsApp, and email marketing.
  • Identify and follow up with potential clients to convert leads into sales; prepare quotations and proposals as needed.
  • Maintain strong relationships with regular customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing and sales performance reports.
  • Collaborate closely with the Chef and Operations Manager for menu promotions and new product launches.
  • Support the operations team with upselling and cross-selling strategies to boost revenue.

    • Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or F&B industry.
  • Candidates shortlisted for the second interview will be given a task assessment.
