Penerangan pekerjaanDegree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field. Minimum 6 months hands-on experience supporting MongoDB administration and operations. Working knowledge of Linux / Red Hat (RHEL 7 / 8) and general database support (MongoDB focus). Industry certifications such as RHCSA / RHCE, MongoDB Certified Associate (optional but preferred). Familiarity with ITIL v4 processes and incident / service management frameworks. Excellent communication and technical documentation skills. Experience working in an application / system support environment delivering to SLAs. Airline / ATI domain experience is a plus but not mandatory. . Your interest will be treated with strict confidentiality.

Application Support Engineer (MongoDB) – Malaysia
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for applications and systems based on MongoDB, ensuring smooth service operations and system uptime.
- Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and resolution for service requests and operational issues.
- Monitor system performance and analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams and external vendors to coordinate incident responses and service requests, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
- Develop and update operational procedures and documentation for support processes, incidents, and service workflows.
- Conduct root cause analysis on recurring issues and assist with problem management and service improvement initiatives.
- Deploy changes as needed based on business requirements and support operational releases.
- Proactively identify opportunities for automation and process optimization to reduce manual intervention.
- Remain available for escalations and support, including on-call standby outside office hours when required.
