They are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function, covering end-to-end HR operations, workforce planning, and people management. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Malaysian work visa and immigration processes, payroll management, and labor law compliance, coupled with proven experience in leading HR teams within an IT or BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full HR operations, including payroll, benefits, onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management.
- Manage work visa, employment pass, and renewal processes to ensure full compliance with Malaysian immigration regulations.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing and adherence to statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with labor laws and company goals.
- Partner with management on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Lead and mentor the HR team to deliver efficient, compliant, and people-focused HR services.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR systems and processes to enhance employee experience and operational effectiveness.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role.Strong knowledge of Malaysian work visa and immigration regulations.Hands‑on experience in payroll administration and HR operations in a corporate setting.In‑depth knowledge of Malaysian Labor Law and HR best practices.Experience working in IT, BPO, or shared service environments preferred.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Fluency in Mandarin and English is highly preferred to liaise with regional counterparts.#J-18808-Ljbffr
