Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Bandar Baru Bangi. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, developing policies, and managing employee relations. Daily tasks include conducting interviews, developing onboarding programs, handling payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will also work closely with department heads to address staffing needs and support organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
• Skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture
• Proficient in payroll and benefits administration
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively in a high-paced environment
