We're Hiring : HR Manager!

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be adept at developing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Location : Selangor, Malaysia

Work Mode : Work From Office

Role : HR Manager

What You'll Do :

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Manage recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees
  • Foster employee engagement through effective communication strategies
  • Conduct performance management reviews and provide feedback
  • Organize training programs for employee development
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

What We’re Looking For :

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
