Manage the full spectrum of payroll processing for all employees in compliance with Malaysian statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF, etc.).Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly payroll, including allowances, deductions, overtime, commissions, and bonuses.Handle statutory submissions and reporting, including liaison with government bodies when required.Maintain confidentiality and ensure data integrity of all payroll information.Reconcile payroll reports and assist in preparing HR-related financial reports for management review.2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline through various sourcing channels.
3. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain and update employee records, HRIS data, and personnel files.
- Prepare employment letters, confirmation, and termination documents.
- Manage employee benefits administration, attendance, and leave records.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR policy matters.
- Support employee engagement activities and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in handling disciplinary actions and grievance cases in accordance with company policy.
5. Performance Management
- Coordinate performance appraisal exercises and ensure timely completion.
- Support managers in developing performance goals and improvement plans.
6. Compliance & HR Policies
- Ensure HR and payroll practices comply with Malaysian labor laws and company policies.
- Support audits and maintain proper documentation for HR and payroll compliance.
