Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, referrals, and networking. Manage and grow existing customer accounts with excellent service and follow-up. Conduct product presentations and propose solutions that meet customer needs. Negotiate pricing, prepare quotations, and close sales effectively. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Work closely with the sales support and operations team to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales service. Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activities. Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of sales experience (preferably in B2B or industrial sector). Fresh grads are welcome to apply. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and a team player. Possess own transport and willing to travel when required. Attractive commission structure — the more you sell, the more you earn.
