Overview
The role purpose is to provide comprehensive operational and strategic support to the sales organization, reporting to the General Manager, Malaysia.
What you will doing in this role….
- Provides a sales analytics and identify commercial opportunities and risks to support the sales team.
- Internal planning process and methodology for the sales organisation
- Providing administrative support with company events & coordinating all local communications and sending through to MY team
- Organizes sales meeting, support sales team travel request including flight and accommodation booking etc. Provided daily administrations support to the sales function.
- Review workflow constantly and recommend process improvement to improve office efficiency whenever needed.
- Support Sales team on marketing’s event preparation and arrangement.
- Coordinates and prioritize GM’s schedule and maintains calendar appointments, arrange meetings and travel itineraries, and coordinates related arrangements.
- Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves, prepares facilities and records and transcribes minutes of meetings.
- Other ad hoc sales support activities.
If you have the following skills and experience, we want to hear from you :
Min. 3 year experience in admin in sizeable organizations;Must be strong in Excel (complex formulae, graphs, pivot tables), MS Word and PowerPoint.Good analytic and strong communicationPowerBI & SAP is good to haveOnsite support role (4 days onsite and 1 day WFH)Good command of spoken and written EnglishEfficient, well-organized, self-motivated, Independent, work well under pressure.#J-18808-Ljbffr
