Our business is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth and secure top brand clients across priority categories. You’ll own the full BD lifecycle—from lead generation and pitching to proposals, negotiations, and deal closure. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and make an impact from day one. What You’ll Do

• Identify and source new direct brand clients across priority categories.
• Drive proactive outreach through networking, prospecting, and market mapping.
• Own the full BD lifecycle : lead generation, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Develop a deep understanding of client business needs to position AnyMind’s solutions effectively.
• Build and maintain strong senior-level relationships with brand marketers and key decision-makers.
• Ensure smooth transition from pitch to execution through close collaboration with Account Management.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within newly onboarded clients.
• Work closely with Account Management, Strategy, and Operation teams to ensure accurate scoping and alignment on solutions.
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting for management visibility.
• Stay updated on industry trends, brand movements, and category opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, partnerships, or new vertical expansion.
• Represent AnyMind at events, conferences, and networking sessions to enhance brand presence.
