Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The BDM will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process for clients
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify potential opportunities for the company
- Prepare and present proposals and pitches to potential clients
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitable contracts for the company
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report on sales performance to management
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the recruitment, human resources or solution selling industryProven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growthStrong networking and relationship-building skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to travel for client meetings and business development activitiesProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM softwarePrefer someone who able to speak in MandarinKnowledge of the local job market and SaaS product / IT Solution would be added advantageBenefits :
