Data Center Infrastructure Management
- Fully responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and upkeep of key data center infrastructure (including but not limited to UPS, distribution cabinets, generators, chillers, precision air conditioning, fire protection systems, and environmental monitoring systems).
- Develop and strictly implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure all equipment operates in optimal condition.
- Manage data center capacity including power, cooling, space, and ports, carry out resource planning and forecasting to support business development needs.
- Responsible for cabling and physical network layer management in the data center to ensure compliance with standards.
Team and Operations Management
Lead and manage the data center O&M team, including facility engineers and technicians, responsible for scheduling, training, guidance, and performance evaluation.Establish, optimize, and enforce standard operating procedures, emergency procedures, and change management processes for the data center.Implement a 24 / 7 monitoring system to ensure rapid response to incidents and alerts.Safety, Compliance, and Risk Management
As the primary responsible party for data center safety, strictly enforce physical security and access control management systems.Ensure that data center operations comply with all relevant internal policies and external regulations / standards (such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, Uptime Institute Tier standards, etc.).Lead risk assessments, develop and improve contingency plans (e.g., power outages, fires, cyberattacks), and regularly organize drills.Responsible for coordinating and cooperating with external vendors and government agencies such as security, fire protection, and power providers.Vendor and Project Management
Manage maintenance vendors and service contracts for key infrastructure, ensuring service quality meets contractual requirements.Supervise and manage data center improvement projects, infrastructure upgrades, and expansion projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality completion.Control O&M budget and manage operating costs, including electricity bills, repair costs, and spare parts inventory.Continuous Improvement and Documentation Management
Continuously optimize data center energy efficiency, monitor key metrics such as PUE, and propose and implement energy-saving improvements.Establish and maintain comprehensive and accurate O&M documentation, including architecture diagrams, operation manuals, inspection records, and incident reports.Job Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Power Engineering, Automation, or a related field.Over 5 years of experience in data center infrastructure O&M, with at least 2 years in a management position.Proficient in principles, operations, and maintenance of data center critical infrastructure systems (power distribution, UPS, generators, precision air conditioning, fire protection, monitoring).Strong leadership and project management skills, able to remain calm and handle emergencies under pressure.Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and senior management.High attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness.Preferred Qualifications :
Relevant certifications such as CDCP / CDCS / CDCE, Uptime Institute AOS, PMP, etc.Experience in operations and maintenance management of large-scale internet, cloud computing, or financial industry data centers.Experience in data center construction or large-scale expansion projects.Familiar with international and domestic data center standards.Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
