Responsibilities

  • Attend to walk‑in customers
  • Communicate with residents via phone, email and chat
  • Provide knowledgeable answers about the property
  • Ensure file organization based on office protocol
  • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed

Qualifications

  • Diploma level or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
