Assist in HR and admin functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee records management.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain employee personal files and HR databases
  • Support monthly payroll preparation and attendance tracking
  • Handle leave applications and HR documentation
  • Provide administrative support including office coordination, filing, and correspondence
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and HR reports

Requirements :

  • Diploma / Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or admin preferred
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and HR / payroll systems
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and good communication skills
