Human Resource Assistant

Responsibilities

• Handle payroll process (overtime and allowance) and outsource payroll summary
• Maintain and update ISO records, report, performance Evaluation, employee files and filling systems
• Handle daily HR tasks including employee issue such as theft, attendance, late, poor performance and warning letter
• Handle to do operation letter such as Offer Letter, Confirmation letter, Termination, salary adjustment, employee performance review
• Monitor HR sytem such as employee attendance , leave, memo and so on
• Handle with JTK regarding employee issue
• Assists to do Fomema and check the result for workers and involve with foreigner procedure permit
• Make a job description (JD) based on employee position
