Handle payroll process (overtime and allowance) and outsource payroll summary
Maintain and update ISO records, report, performance Evaluation, employee files and filling systems
Handle daily HR tasks including employee issue such as theft, attendance, late, poor performance and warning letter
Handle to do operation letter such as Offer Letter, Confirmation letter, Termination, salary adjustment, employee performance review
Monitor HR sytem such as employee attendance , leave, memo and so on
Handle with JTK regarding employee issue
Assists to do Fomema and check the result for workers and involve with foreigner procedure permit
Make a job description (JD) based on employee position
