What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage the after-sales service team (technicians, advisors, etc.) to achieve performance goals
- Oversee daily workshop operations to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
- Address customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Monitor and improve key service KPIs (WIP, productivity, efficiency, CSI)
- Conduct regular team training, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with Parts and Warranty departments for seamless workflow
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety policies, and manufacturer standards
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive after-sales or service operationsStrong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skillsHands-on knowledge of warranty policies, service processes, and Dealer Management System (DMS)Proven track record in handling customer complaints and improving service KPIsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, customer-focused environmentWhat We Offer
