Job Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the logistics and transportation sector, focusing on the Malaysian market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and meetings.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis for clients to propose tailored logistics solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.Able to attend daily sales teleconference meetings.Open to learning logistics related to courier and First Mile Delivery.Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.Effective time management and organizational skills to manage multiple leads and customer accounts.Must be willing to work in a hybrid work environment based in Klang and Shah Alam.Job Benefits
