Account and Finance Assistant Manager

Penerangan pekerjaanMaintain full set of accounts. Involvement in day-to-day accounting operations. Prepare month-end closing schedules and reconciliations. Oversee daily activities of accounting related issues. Plan for project cash flows. Provide accounting related analysis and management reports as and when required. Conduct tax planning (including SST impact) for new development projects and maintain proper records. Participate in preparation of Budgets and Cash Flow Planning. Monitor SST submission, status of refund and payment. Provide support for internal and external audit, tax reporting and submission of government returns. Ensure all financial records are maintained properly. Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Superior.
Requirements :
- Experience in the Project Accounting and Construction Industry is preferred.
- Able to speak, read and write in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia (to liaise with English & Mandarin counterpart).
- Degree, Diploma in Accounting or partially qualified in ACCA.
- Minimum 7-10 years of relevant working experience.
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
- Accounting software.
- Knowledge in handling SST submission.
- Possess high level of integrity, meticulous and good analytical skills.
- Must be self-motivated and a good team player.
