We are hiring an AI & Automation Specialist to apply AI in practical, business-driven ways. This is a hands-on role focused on creating agentic AI systems and intelligent automations either as part of larger platforms or as standalone solutions.

Depending on the use case, projects may involve applying classical ML algorithms (e.g. DBSCAN, k-means, regression, clustering, anomaly detection) for problems like scheduling, optimisation, or pattern detection. In other cases, the focus will be on LLM-powered agents, AI orchestration, and workflow automation (e.g. n8n) to deliver measurable impact.

Candidates should be able to move beyond simple API calls (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.) and design multi-step reasoning systems, agent workflows, and AI-driven business processes, with a strong emphasis on guardrails, data security, and scalable deployment.

While most of our current work utilises cloud-based APIs, we value candidates who also have experience with offline / local AI deployments (e.g., running LLMs on GPUs like the RTX 5090) for scenarios where privacy, compliance, or cost efficiency require on-premise solutions.

The role emphasises not just building AI features, but also ensuring safety, guardrails, and data security, including preventing prompt injection, protecting sensitive data, and ensuring responsible AI adoption.

about the job

• Architect and deliver end-to-end applied AI solutions using cloud APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.) and explore offline / local AI setups when needed.
• Build AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and interacting with tools and data.
• Apply classic ML algorithms (DBSCAN, k-means, regression, clustering, anomaly detection) to real datasets.
• Build and maintain n8n workflows to automate business processes and integrate with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Experiment with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and vector databases to enhance AI applications.
• Explore and integrate AI orchestration frameworks and related technologies.
• Develop prompting strategies, reusable templates, and structured prompt chains.
• Implement AI guardrails and security measures, including preventing prompt injection, jailbreaks, and data leakage.
• Rapidly prototype and test new AI use cases, moving successful ones into production.
• Collaborate with teams across departments to embed AI and automation into workflows and products.
• Ensure safe, secure, and compliant AI adoption in line with internal data and governance policies.
• Act as the company's AI ambassador by sharing knowledge internally and externally.
