Job Description
1. Set up, arrange and coordinate meeting, and update meeting schedule timely.
2. Take minutes of meeting and circulate timely. Follow up on outstanding items.
3. Monitor CFO email and send reply to sender timely.
4. Follow up outstanding items pending from the respective HOD and monitor dateline.
5. Handle, sorting and manage daily documents / emails required GCFO clearance and approval. Prioritise those documents with due date. Pass to GCFO to approve, to ensure complete on time.
