About Our Client
Our client is a leading Global Multinational Organization operating across more than 40 countries. Following business expansion, a new role has been created to lead the Technical team at the site.
Job Description
- Build and lead multidisciplinary engineering team (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation Controls and Facilities)
- Mentor the engineering teams to foster innovation and technical excellence
- Oversee engineering resource planning, budget and project timelines
- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of equipment and systems
- Deployment and maintenance of automation systems (e.g.; robotics, PLCs and control systems)
- Develop long-term automation roadmaps aligned with business goals
- Develop and implement technical strategies to enhance operational efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the site
- Implement lean engineering practices & Six Sigma methodologies
- Ensure seamless integration of automation systems with ERP, WMS and MES platforms
- Oversee data analytics and reporting tools to monitor system performance and KPIs
- Ensure all engineering & automation systems comply with safety, environmental and regulatory standards
