Office Administrator

We, Desbu KL, are an Interior Design & Construction company located at Taman Melawati, Kuala Lumpur. To support our growing operations, we are looking for a dedicated and organized Admin Officer to join our team.

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least Certificate or Diploma or equivalent disciplines.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel.
  • Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Job Description

  • To assist in daily office administrative tasks which include documentation, filing, correspondence & following up on pending matters.
  • Handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication, both internal and external.
  • Assisting with scheduling meetings, site visits, and other project-related activities.
  • Preparing, organizing, and maintaining project contracts, permits, and compliance documents.
  • Facilitating communication between project managers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Liaising with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
  • Assisting with the procurement of materials and equipment.
