  • Manage the E2E delivery of the multi-stage program
  • Oversee 'lift and shift' of on-premise solutions to cloud
  • Lead integration of Amazon Connect with Salesforce
  • Drive automation initiatives including interactive chatbots
  • Ensure project aligns with business goals and timelines

    • Role Requirements

  • 10+ years in Programme / Project Management
  • Proven background in Financial Services transformation
  • Hands-on experience with Contact Centre technology
  • Specific knowledge of Amazon Connect or Salesforce
  • Experience with IVR systems and cloud migration
