Job Type : Full-Time / Contract
Salary : RM1,700 – RM2,000 per month
Working Days & Hours :
- 5.5 working days per week
- Monday – Friday : 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM
- Saturday : 9 : 00 AM – 1 : 00 PM
Job Responsibilities :
Perform daily data entry of sales transactions, supplier invoices, and payment records.Prepare and manage E-Invoices in compliance with LHDN requirements.Generate and update daily / monthly sales reports for management review.Assist in monitoring stock, purchase orders, and customer accounts.Handle bank reconciliation, petty cash, and simple financial reporting.Maintain proper filing of accounting and administrative documents.Support the sales team with billing, quotations, and documentation.Perform general office administration and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.Job Requirements :
Minimum Diploma / Certificate in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in retail / wholesale industry is an advantage.Basic knowledge of accounting software & E-Invoice system preferred.Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (for data entry & reports).Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet reporting deadlines.Good communication skills and a positive working attitude.Able to multitask and manage time effectively.Willing to take on yearly contractWilling to work extra hoursBenefits :
