Key Responsibilities : Accounting Duties :
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Maintain records of accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare and submit tax returns (VAT / GST), and liaise with auditors when required.
- Monitor and track company expenses and budgets.
- Maintain accurate financial records in accounting software.
Administrative Duties :
Oversee general office administration and supplies management.Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and service providers.Maintain and organize company records, documents, and files (physical and digital).Manage employee attendance, leave records, and assist in payroll processing.Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Assist in logistics documentation like delivery orders, shipping invoices, BLs, etc.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.2+ years of experience in an Admin / Accounts role, preferably in the logistics or transportation sectors.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Good knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.Strong communication and interpersonal skillJob Types : Full-time, Permanent
