Your Role in Our Mission

As the Head of Design, you will be the visionary leader responsible for defining and driving the entire user experience for FundedNext. Your mission is to build, mentor, and lead a world-class design team that will shape the future of our web and mobile platforms. As a key member of the product leadership team, you will champion user-centered design across the entire organization, ensuring that our products are not only beautiful and intuitive but also deliver significant business value. You will be the ultimate owner of our design strategy, culture, and execution, establishing design as a core pillar of FundedNext\'s success.

How You’ll Make An Impact

Design Leadership & Vision

• Define and communicate a clear design vision and long-term strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
• Drive the creation of a cohesive and world-class user experience across our entire product ecosystem, including our client portal, mobile apps, and internal tools.
• Act as the primary advocate for the user at the executive level, ensuring that business decisions are informed by user-centered principles.
• Oversee the evolution of FundedNext’s digital brand identity, ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints.
