About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join PB Realty Sdn. Bhd. as a Sales Officer based in Melaka. As part of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the effective marketing and sales of the company's real estate properties. This is a full-time role, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

• Actively prospecting and identifying potential clients through networking, cold-calling, and other lead generation activities
• Arranging and conducting property viewings and presentations to showcase the company's offerings
• Negotiating and closing sales transactions to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to build long-term relationships with clients
• Staying up-to-date with market trends, property prices, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all sales activities and transactions
• Supporting the broader sales team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed
