What you'll be doing?
- Payroll Management : Execute monthly payroll processes, handle statutory contributions, and ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws.
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition : Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, and develop effective strategies to attract top talent.
- Employee Records : Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files, prepare employment documents, and track attendance records.
- Compliance & Reporting : Ensure accuracy in statutory filings, monitor updates in labor laws, and prepare timely HR-related reports for management.
- Employee Support : Respond to inquiries, support HR initiatives, and foster a positive workplace atmosphere.
Who are they looking for?
Educational Background : Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Language Skills : Must be fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. These language skills are essential for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.Experience : Candidates with prior experience in payroll or recruitment are preferred.Attention to Detail : Strong organizational skills and a meticulous approach to work.Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with payroll software and Microsoft Office applications.Communication : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Adaptability : Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment.How to apply
