Key Responsibilities :
Attendance & Payroll Support
Manage attendance records, leaves, and absences.
Prepare attendance reports and assist in payroll processing, including Independent Contractor service fees.
HR Administration & Documentation
Maintain employee and contractor records in compliance with company policies.
Collect invoices and support timely payment processing.
Employee & Contractor Relations
Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries.
Support onboarding and ensure smooth communication between employees, contractors, and management.
Training & Development
Coordinate training programs with HRBP.
Identify development needs and provide resources.
Compliance & Policy
Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
Support policy updates and enforcement.
Office Equipment & Supplies
Assist HRBP in purchasing office equipment and supplies.
