ASSISTANT MANAGER / SENIOR / JUNIOR SALES EXECUTIVE - HORECA / FOOD SERVICES
Responsible in assisting Company Sales Team to achieve department and company’s goals (e.g. sales target and budget)
Responsibilities
- Keep abreast with market latest trends and development, sound knowledge of competitor’s activity
- Conduct sales related training to ensure sales team is well equipped with relevant knowledge
- Monitor and analyse sales metric and suggest improvement
- Build relationship with potential new clients and maintain good relationship with both existing and new customers
- Responsible in managing Key Customers – negotiation of terms and marketing support activities
- To assist in planning, coordinating & implementing sales & marketing strategies,
- To achieve assigned monthly & yearly sales targets,
- To collect payment within the approved terms,
- To give presentation and to conduct products demonstration to prospects
- To maintain good business relationship with timely support and solutions
- Assist in any other ad-hoc market research required by management from time to time.
- 3 full time positions available.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree in any fieldAt least 3 years of working experience in FMCG industry - FOOD SERVICES / HORECAMinimum 3 years of experience in managing high performance sales teamExcellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact with all levels of staff and managementResult orientated and self-motivatingStrong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementationStrong rapport with key trade players – HORECA buyers and Wholesalers.Ability to understand and analyse sales metric or KPIProficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is optionalNote : Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
