Responsibilities include design discussions, assisting in application configuration, setting up users and roles, and managing business process automation with tools such as Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and Flows. The role involves collaboration with the development team to identify technical solutions, assist with UAT, and contribute to the overall project lifecycle.
