Salesforce Senior Analyst

Overview

Be among the first 25 applicants. This role focuses on analyzing business requirements and translating them into Salesforce solutions, primarily for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The analyst will configure Salesforce objects, profiles, roles, reports, workflows, and ensure data security and integrity. Responsibilities include design discussions, assisting in application configuration, setting up users and roles, and managing business process automation with tools such as Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and Flows. The role involves collaboration with the development team to identify technical solutions, assist with UAT, and contribute to the overall project lifecycle. It also requires creating custom reports and dashboards, training end-users, and troubleshooting issues as needed. Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
