As a Recruiter Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping recruitment strategies, managing a team of recruiters, and partnering with stakeholders to drive business growth through exceptional hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent across various industries.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with business leaders and hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle—workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and offer management—ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
- Monitor recruitment performance metrics, provide regular reporting, and continuously identify areas for improvement.
- Drive employer branding initiatives and leverage digital platforms, job boards, and networking events to expand talent pipelines.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices to remain competitive in the talent market.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum3 years of recruitment experience
, with at least
2 years in a leadership or team lead role
Proven track record of managing high-volume hiring and delivering against tight deadlines.Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including headhunting, social media recruitment, and talent mapping.Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics is an advantage.Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented with a passion for building high-performing teams.Why Join Us?
