We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Revenue & Reservation Executive to oversee pricing strategy, room inventory control, and reservation operations across our hotel brands. You will play a key role in optimizing revenue, monitoring OTA performance, and ensuring smooth reservation workflows to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities : Revenue Management
- Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies across multiple hotel brands using RMS tools
- Monitor market trends, competitor rates, and demand forecasts to adjust pricing in real-time
- Analyze daily pickup reports, pace reports, and booking trends to drive RevPAR and ADR growth
- Coordinate with the marketing team for tactical promotions, flash sales, and package offers
- Provide regular performance reports (occupancy, revenue, yield, etc.) to management
Reservation & OTA Operations
Oversee day-to-day reservation management (direct bookings, OTA, corporate, and group)Manage room inventory across OTAs, booking engine, and PMS (Little Hotelier preferred)Ensure all rate plans, availability, and packages are updated accurately across platformsHandle B2B and group bookings, and liaise with front office teams for allocationRespond to reservation escalations, booking issues, or complaints promptlyCoordination & Optimization
Liaise with hotel operations, marketing, and finance to align rate strategy with business goalsEnsure accurate guest data, cancellation policy adherence, and booking confirmationsSupport training of reservation staff and ensure SOP complianceRecommend system or process improvements for better conversion and upsellingRequirements :
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related fieldMinimum 1-2 years of experience in revenue / reservations management (preferably multi-property or chain level)Proficient in PMS , OTA extranets, and RMS systemsStrong analytical and Excel skills; comfortable with reporting and performance dashboardsExcellent communication in English; Mandarin is an advantageAble to work independently and manage multiple hotels' performance simultaneouslyBased in Klang Valley with flexibility to attend meetings at Mont KiaraWhat We Offer :
