Penerangan pekerjaanManaging office administrative related purchase and travel arrangements. Managing office phone calls and correspondences. Coordinating business licenses including contracts and insurance related matters. Provides administrative support for daily office operations. Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or other related discipline. Minimum 1 year of experience in HR. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Assist in managing daily HR operations, including talent acquisition.
- Lead employee engagement activities and manage internal e-learning to enhance workplace culture and development.
- Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave management, uniform allocation and etc.
- Support the employee onboarding and orientation process to ensure smooth transition for new hires.
- Provide general HR support and contribute to process improvements for better efficiency.
