Job Summary : We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Sales Admin to support our sales team in achieving business objectives. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing customer orders, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring the smooth functioning of sales processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Order Management : Process and manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely fulfilment and accurate documentation.
- Sales Support : Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, preparing sales reports, and assisting with customer inquiries.
- Customer Interaction : Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues related to orders or products.
- Coordination : Coordinate with internal departments such as sales teams, warehouse & delivery, finance, and operations to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Data Entry & Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of sales data, order status, and customer information in CRM or sales management systems.
- Sales Reporting : Assist in the preparation of sales performance reports, tracking targets, and compiling necessary documentation for sales meetings.
- Inventory Management : Collaborate with the inventory team to monitor stock levels and provide updates to sales representatives on product availability.
- Documentation & Communication : Prepare sales quotes, order confirmations, and invoices, and ensure effective communication with clients and vendors.
- Sales Process Improvement : Proactively identify areas to streamline sales processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements :
