Overview

Job title : Telesales Specialist (open for Junior / Fresh Graduates) – Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Employment type : Full-time.

Responsibilities

  • Call potential and existing customers to promote English learning programs
  • Build rapport and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Follow up on leads from online ads, social media, and referrals
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets (with attractive bonuses)
  • Update customer details and sales interactions in the system (CRM)
  • Provide excellent after-sales service and handle inquiries professionally
  • Keep up to date with latest product features and market trends
  • Work closely with the sales team to meet collective goals

    • Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields is an advantage
  • Proficient in Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia & English, depending on target market
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in telesales or customer-facing roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and high level of self-motivation
