Senior Manager, IT System Support & Infrastructure

Responsibilities
- Ensure the successful implementation of ICT Strategic Plan and support the implementation of relevant application systems.
- Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, security, cloud, and end-user computing).
- Provide technical expertise to identify, evaluate and develop ICT systems and procedures that are cost effective, secure and able to support business needs.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of IT systems to support business operations.
- Implement best practices for cybersecurity, compliance, and disaster recovery.
IT Project Management
Lead IT projects across hardware and software domains, from planning through execution.Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; manage timelines, budgets, and resources.Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.Develop business cases and ROI analyses for technology investments.AI, LLM & Analytics in Business
Identify opportunities to apply AI, machine learning, and analytics to enhance efficiency, decision-making, and customer engagement.Support proof-of-concepts and pilot projects that leverage AI and analytics, with a focus on practical business impact.Partner with business units to integrate AI-driven tools and dashboards into daily operations.Leadership & Growth
Manage and mentor IT team members, fostering skill development and innovation.Serve as a bridge between IT and business ensuring alignment of technology with strategic goals.Stay abreast of emerging technologies, recommending adoption where appropriate.Qualifications
Minimum 8 years in managerial position with strategic planning experience.Minimum 15 years of IT experience, with proven expertise in infrastructure management and project delivery (software and hardware).Minimum 3 years of experience working with Board of Directors and regulators.Investment Management experience is an advantage.Strong knowledge of enterprise IT operations, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)), and hybrid environments.Experience implementing or managing AI / LLM and analytics solutions in a business setting.Solid understanding of IT security, compliance, and risk management.Excellent project management skills; certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) preferred.Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; postgraduate or professional certifications are an advantage.Preferred Skills : Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik); Knowledge of modern data platforms and APIs; Exposure to automation, chatbots, or AI-enabled customer service.Benefits
