Penerangan pekerjaanAssist with vendor coordination, including contacting suppliers and arranging deliveries. Help manage event inventory, stock, and equipment. Support in processing purchase orders, quotations, and basic budgeting tasks. Conduct simple research (e.g., venues, suppliers) to support event planning. Work closely with team members to meet event goals and deadlines. Contribute ideas to improve processes and participant experience. Support the Events & Experience Lead through various tasks as and when required. Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet), Zoom, and Canva. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks. Adaptable, proactive, and willing to learn new skills. 0–2 years of experience in event management, coordination, logistics, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Volunteer or university project / event experience will be an advantage.

We’re seeking energetic, people-oriented talent with strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an eye for detail. This role reports to the Events & Experience Operations Lead.
Essential Job Functions
1. Event Support
- Assist with planning, logistics and coordination for events, workshops and programmes.
- Help prepare event materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Support participant registration, onboarding, and communication before and during events.
- Provide on-site assistance to ensure smooth event delivery.
