Job Overview :

The NPI (New Product Introduction) Engineer is responsible for managing and coordinating the transition of new products from design and development into full-scale manufacturing. This role ensures that new products meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements while adhering to established processes and standards. The NPI Engineer collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, quality, and supply chain, to drive successful product launches and continuous improvements.

What you'll be doing :

Coordinate for sample run & first mass production for new project / 协调新项目的样品运行和首次批量生产。
Preparation of project plan & check list. Conduct NPI meeting & follow up on action items to ensure new project progress as per plan / 编制项目计划和检查清单。召开 NPI 会议并跟进行动项目,以确保新项目按计划进展
Overall responsible for NPI result-shipment in time, acceptable yield & customer satisfaction for NPI run / 全面负责 NPI 结果的及时发货、可接受的良率和客户对 NPI 运行的满意度。
Perform failure analysis & implement improvement plan / 进行故障分析并实施改进计划。
Prepare process related documents (work instruction, process flow, PFMEA, control plan & etc) / 准备过程相关文件(工作指令、工艺流程、PFMEA、控制计划等)。
Key person for product prototype run and drive for improvement before mass production build / 产品原型的关键人物在批量生产之前运行并推动改进。

What We're Looking For :

Degree in Mechanical Engineering major is preferred.

Above 2-3 years relevant working experience.

Knowledge of Mechanical (Metal Stamping , Die-Casting).

Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Analysis and communication skill.

Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex challenges.

Good Mandarin & English both in written and oral.

We are looking for someone who are fluent in Mandarin as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients from China / SuZhou.

Software : Microsoft Office / 2D CAD.

Ability to work well in team based environment.

5 working days (8am-5pm)
