NPI Engineer

Job Summary

As an NPI Engineer, you will support production equipment builds for new product launches by coordinating project requirements, optimizing processes, managing part arrivals, and ensuring production readiness. You'll work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, prepare technical documentation, and enable smooth transitions from design to manufacturing.

Role & Responsibilities :

1)     Involve in automation machine development.

2)     Responsible for planning and organizing machine delivery schedule based on project urgency.

3)     Coordinate between project team and designer on the machine / project requirement.

4)     Assist in machinery setup and evaluate machine performance..

5)     Prepare technical reports and documentation.

6) Other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Qualification & Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• Experienced in Manufacturing fields.
• Experienced in using project management tools.
• Able to read mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with FAT and SAT is a plus.
• Experienced in Handling Production Automation / Machines.
• Solid Works Experience in Mechanical Design >
